2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using copyads.ai, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service
copyads.ai lets you paste a competitor's video advertisement URL and generate a new video that mirrors its structure while swapping in your own brand assets (characters, logos, products). Generation is powered by third-party AI providers (kie.ai Seedance, nano-banana, Replicate, Google Gemini, Deepgram).
4. Your content & responsibility
You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the videos generated from your inputs. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your content to the extent required to operate the service.
You are responsible for having the rights to upload and use any source video, brand asset, face image, voice recording, or product photo you submit. You must not upload:
- Content you do not own or have a license for (including faces of real people without their consent).
- Trademarks or copyrighted material of other brands you do not represent.
- Sexual content, content depicting minors, hate speech, or content promoting violence.
- Content designed to impersonate, defraud, or deceive end viewers.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Generated output
Generated videos are produced by AI models. We make no warranty that output will be suitable for any particular purpose, will match the source style exactly, or will be free of artefacts. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it and for complying with any advertising law that applies to your jurisdiction.
6. Tokens & billing
Usage is priced in tokens. 1 token ≈ 1 second of AI video. Tokens are purchased via Stripe and credited to your account. Refund terms are in the Refund Policy. Prices may change; existing token balances are honoured at the rate they were purchased.
7. Intellectual property
The copyads.ai name, logo, website design, and source code are owned by the publisher. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or resell them.
8. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime of the service or of any third-party provider we depend on.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of copyads.ai is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (lost profit, lost data, lost goodwill).
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, abusive usage, or unresolved chargebacks. Upon termination, unused token balance is refundable as per the Refund Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sofuto Solutions LLP is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
